Market St. Market and other Shenanigans

Last night was my first real irish experience! Caitlyn and I went out for drinks at the The King's Head and had a few drinks and met up with friends. At the pub there was live music and I made my FIRST PARTY FOWL! Ughh I knocked my beer over and thankfully no one saw it lol. A few friends met up with us and we were eventually asked to take a few pictures to promote a certain drink. So Caitlyn and I went up and stood with two very beautiful women and held champagne glasses for a few photos! The free drinks we got were pretty good and the night was turning out great! After King's, we headed down the main street where all the pubs and night life is. We got our hands stamped for free covers into some clubs and ended up meeting a man who walked us to Coyote. Coyote is based on the bar in Coyote Ugly. It was ok but they only served American beer! We got free shots and started meeting some new faces. Unfortunately, an older gentleman was being a creep and needed to be escorted away by his other very drunk friends! Once we realised Coyote was a terrible place to be, we moved on to the streets again and found a club called Cuba. We got in for free yet again (apparantly groups of girls in skirts and heels get in everywhere for free!) Cuba was AMAZING! Great dancing music and great men to dance with lol. As the night came to an end, Caitlyn and I split from the group and headed back to our apartment for some much needed ZZzzz's!

This morning, we woke up feeling good and ready for the great weather! It was a little drizzly and cold this morning but now it is warm and sunny. We headed back into town and found a great farmer's market. We bought some fruit (6apples=1euro) and found some great trinkets for back home! Everyone was really nice and the food tasted amazing. We went back through town and watched a band of 5 boys playing cover songs from american bands. They were really good...and not bad looking either! But we continued on to find someplace for lunch...
This ladies and gentleman is probably the best burger I have EVER had! It was from a quaint little bistro called Bugaloos and it was worth every euro. It has fresh backed bread with tangy onion chutney with lots of vegetables on it. There was even sweet pickles and homemade tomato sauce! Now where in the States can you get something like that? I am still full from looking at this photo!

Once lunch was over, we headed back to the apartment and picked up some things along the way. When we got back, I was a little dissappointed to see that we haven't gotten our new roommate yet. I guess we are getting a girl =/ I was secretly hoping for a man to crack my back every morning! Ooook well here's a great story I was trying to get to. I did my first load of laundry today and I guess there is a drain that you have to screw tight before you start the load...well I started it and WHOOOOOSH water floods the kitchen. Caitlyn ran in and we tried stopping it but the landlord had to come and show me how to use the washer. In the end my laundry is safely turning in the washer and hopefully there will be no more problems!
